Today, I woke up and weighed 133. Woot! (I am not terribly impressed with myself for being that excited about 133, but it is the lowest I've weighed since starting this blog.)

You are going to be very surprised by what I've eaten so far today. :)

Wednesday:
L - A pepper turkey, turkey pepperoni spinach Italian salad and cottage cheese, with a 1/2 grapefruit.
S - peanut M&Ms
D - IBC rootbeer, leftover portion of chicken pesto pasta, garlic toast, and cheddar popcorn puffs. 2 - 2 in dark chocolate brownies.

Thursday:
L - Thai soup from Trader Joe's
S - almonds
D - whole wheat turkey pepperoni pizza - 2 slices, cheddar popcorn puffs, diet pepsi
DS - french vanilla cake trimmings, coffee

Friday:
L - large italian spinach and peppered turkey salad, cottage cheese
LS - small piece of Fifth Third cake and a mini cini roll

Today I weigh: 135.

On Jan 6, I ate:
L - garlic cheese toast, spaghetti and meatballs, piece of cake
D - 1.5 pieces of red barron thin crust pizza. 1.5 Heinikens.
Workout - 30 minute dance party

On Jan 7, I ate:
L - garlic toast and veggie red sauce pasta
D - spanish olives, a peppered turkey spinach salad and cottage cheese.
DD - sopapia and a margarita
Workout - yoga

On Jan 8, I ate:
B - smores hot chocolate, breakfast veggie / egg scramble
L / D - large dr. pepper, regular taco, and a double decker taco with sour cream
S - 4 double stuff oreos

On Jan 9, I ate:
B - peppered turkey and italian cheese 2-egg omelet
D - a peppered turkey, turkey pepperoni and artichoke balsalmic dressing spinach salad and cottage cheese.
DD - chip cream cheese and graham crackers.
S - cheese nachos with bean and salsa dip.

On Jan 10, I ate:
L - a peppered turkey, turkey pepperoni and artichoke balsalmic dressing spinach salad, a string cheese and cottage cheese, piece of cake
S - peanut M&Ms and a Dr. Pepper
D - 2 crescent rolls, pork tenderloin and a glass of red wine

On Jan 11, I ate:
B - A peppered turkey and Italian cheese 2-egg omelet.
L - a peppered turkey, turkey pepperoni and artichoke balsalmic dressing spinach salad and cottage cheese.
D - 2 crescent rolls, a 2 in. brownie square, mixed veggies and a portion of basil chicken pasta.

It is early enough in this blog's history to celebrate every tiny victory.
 
This morning I weighed.....

A pound in the right direction in a week when that rarely would happen.

I got a haircut today! In more excellent news, S and I walked the length of the mall and back (not much of a feat, but hey) and I did a 15 minute session of yoga. My left arm and leg are both tingly and numb today. I have been bad about my chiro exercises. :(


I ate: a nice helping of rump roast, some mashed potatoes and cottage cheese for lunch. For dinner, S and I enjoyed Chick-fil-a. Woot! I was a fandango girl and got the 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal with small fruit cup. I also had 3 slurps of a Starbucks Chocolate Chip Frap. :)

I drank: a lot of water and a small iced tea, unsweetened. 

For Christmas, my frickin' awesome boyfriend went over budget and purchased me Kinect for XBOX; and his sister, Dance Central. I've been really playing it and Kinect Adventures hard and the consecutive days of workouts seem to be eating my body alive inside out!

But tonight C came over and it forced me off my sore rump and we got our groove on.

Dancing: Off and on - 1 hour

I ate: tiny steak piece, cheddar biscuit and red potatoes with thousand island salad for lunch. And 15 whole wheat crackers with peanut butter for dinner.
I drank: a lot of water; and sadly a DP at work (which was my 15 cent win from the soda machine a couple of months ago) and 10 oz. of Vanilla Coke.

For now this blog is just a recording device; a scribbling notebook.

Today, I weigh 135 lbs.
I ate: a small piece of steak, mashed potatoes, a cheddar biscuit and thousand island dressing salad. For dinner - spaghetti and mixed vegetables.
I drank: water.

I began reading Women in Love by DH Lawrence and checked out the Black Keys.

* Tragic Amend: I ventured downstairs and ate the still hot, awesome scrumptious Spicy Roast and five bites of mashed potatoes, followed by some chocolate chip ball and graham crackers. *Shakes head.* It was delicious.
